You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Given the nature of services and event bookings, we do not generally offer refunds and/or credits on these features.


We will assess all refund or credit requests. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit for services already provided.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Deposits for events are non-refundable.

50% of payments for events are non-refundable up to 60 days before the scheduled event.

100% of payments for events are non-refundable within 60 days of the scheduled event.

100% of payments can be applied to other attendees of the same event or applied to future services and events.

If your return or request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card.

You will receive the credit within 30 days of receiving the return or request, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and/or any processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
