Kundinyasa Yoga

Following the eight-fold path, Kundinyasa is primarily Vinyasa Yoga with elements of Kundalini Yoga, focusing on energy and meditation. Pranayama, or breath control, is used to prepare the physical body and a short vinyasa practice is used to enhance the meditation experience. Deep relaxation using sound aids the natural healing process of the body, mind, and spirit.
